What is the shared artist database?

PITTO comes with public details of 4,000+ artists, kept up to date automatically. When you add an artist with a Spotify ID, PITTO shares that artist's public details with the database: name, Spotify and Instagram links, country, followers, popularity, picture and genres. Nothing about you, your songs or your contacts is shared.

Sharing is on by default. To turn it off, go to Settings → Artist sharing and untick Share new artists you add.
