How do I turn a briefing PDF into leads?

1. In Leads, click + Upload Lead, or drop one or more PDFs onto Leads.
2. Optionally add the contact, company, deadline, or tick ASAP. What you fill in here takes priority over what PITTO reads from the PDF.
3. Click Process briefing.

PITTO creates a lead for each artist or direction in the briefing, with its deadline, reference tracks, genres, tags and a summary. It costs 1 credit per PDF and needs an internet connection. If the import fails, the credit is returned.

"No meaningful text found in PDF" means the PDF is a scan or an image, so it holds no text PITTO can read. Ask for a text PDF, or click + New Lead and add the lead yourself.
