Terms and Conditions
Last updated 4 September 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
PITTO is a product of Tommy Advice B.V., trading as PITTO(KVK 83907718), of Postjesweg 1, 1057 DT Amsterdam, The Netherlands. When you use PITTO or purchase a subscription, you are entering into this agreement with Tommy Advice B.V..
2. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing or continuing to use PITTO, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the software.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use PITTO for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- use PITTO to commit fraud, or to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
- infringe the intellectual property rights of PITTO or any third party; or
- interfere with or attempt to compromise the security of PITTO or its supporting services, including by introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping or reverse engineering the software or its backend services beyond what applicable law permits.
4. Ownership
PITTO and its licensors retain all ownership of the PITTO software and its underlying intellectual property. A subscription grants you a licence to use the software; it does not transfer any ownership to you. Your own catalog data — the songs, contacts, writers, artists and briefings you store in PITTO — remains yours.
5. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
PITTO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the software or any service it depends on will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
6. Payment and subscriptions
PITTO is sold on a recurring subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, and Paddle is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment and subscription terms — including billing, renewal, trials and how to cancel — are governed by Paddle's buyer terms, which apply to every purchase alongside this agreement.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PITTO if you materially breach these terms, if payment for your subscription is not made, if we reasonably believe your account poses a security or fraud risk, or if violations of these terms are repeated.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PITTO after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
