PITTO runs on macOS and keeps your songs, splits and audio, your writer and artist databases, your CRM of contacts and companies, your briefings, and your pitch tracking in one place.
Songs carry their audio, split sheets and metadata. Briefings from A&R contacts turn into pitches you can track from sent to placed. Writers and artists are linked to the companies and contacts around them.
Your catalog database stays on your Mac
Your songs, contacts, writers, artists and briefings are stored in a database file on your own machine, not on our servers. We only hold what is needed to run your licence: your email address, your Paddle customer ID, your licence key, and for each Mac you activate a hashed device identifier plus the computer’s own name. Payment details are held by Paddle and never reach us. Individual features do send specific data out — some to services you connect with your own API key, a few to third parties with no account involved, and the app checks in with our licence service once a day. Our privacy notice lists every one of them.
