How do credits work, and how do I buy more?
Pro, included in PITTO Pro- What uses credits: song analysis costs 1 credit per song, and a briefing PDF costs 1 credit. Matching is free.
- What you get:
- 50 credits every month, including during the free trial. Unused monthly credits don't carry over: each month starts with a fresh 50.
- 250 extra credits with your first payment after the trial.
- Bought credits and the 250 extra credits never expire.
- Order of use: PITTO uses your monthly credits first, then the ones you bought.
See your balance under Settings → Credits: what's left this month, your bought credits, the renewal date and recent activity.
To buy credits:
- Click Settings → Credits → Buy credits. Your account page on pitto.music opens.
- Sign in: enter your licence key, click Email me a code, then enter the six-digit code we email you.
- Choose a pack: 500 for €20 or 1,000 for €40.
When you run out, PITTO tells you how many credits the action needs, and offers Buy credits.
